Yes, at BellaVita Luxury, we are committed to ethical beauty. All our products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on products that are damaged during transit or if the wrong item was delivered. Please contact our support within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout.
Are your perfumes long-lasting?
Our fragrances are formulated as Eau de Parfum (EDP), containing a higher concentration of perfume oils to ensure a long-lasting scent that lingers for 6-8 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
